At Bear we believe strength in leadership and quality personnel are the building blocks for a successful contracting organization. We have structured all of our offices with a full array of management personnel and skilled professionals. Each location is comprised of a General Operations Manager, Field Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager, Quality Control/Training Supervisors, Field Supervisors, Dispatch and administrative personnel, and an adequate number of industry trained field technicians to handle the daily workload.

All technicians are required to pass a background investigation and drug screening prior to joining the Bear team. Once hired, our technicians must maintain a clean driving record. Safety and technical training is mandatory for all technicians in the Bear workforce. Company uniforms and the most up to date tools are provided to each technician to ensure their job can be completed with the highest level of quality and customer service. All technicians carry company provided mobile phones to allow constant communication with our office staff and the client.
